Prior experience in effective class management or the training industry is preferred.

Develop work plans based on key work points and actual project conditions, and regularly prepare work summaries.

Responsible for organizing training preparation, leading class training, and ensuring the smooth progress of training.

Planning and organizing student activities (including planning, student company visits, team building, mobile classrooms, business trips, and salons).

Responsible for supervising and guiding students to complete corresponding course assignments to ensure the learned content is transformed.

Responsible for organizing outstanding students' visits to enterprises and completing the planning of enterprise service content.

Responsible for sales support of open classes by identifying and analyzing the needs of prospective students and matching appropriate product solutions.
