Leverage social media for talent hunting – Engage active and passive candidates across Facebook, Instagram, X, Telegram, and WhatsApp communities to uncover niche professionals.
Conduct personalized outreach – Connect with prospective candidates via tailored messages, DMs, and LinkedIn InMails to drive engagement.
Nurture candidate relationships – Maintain regular follow-ups to keep candidates warm and inform them of future opportunities.
