Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin will be an added advantage.

• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and festive periods when required.

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED

• Minimum 1–2 years working experience in operations, customer service, temple services, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well

• Experience in crowd control, event coordination, or operational support will be an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge in warehouse, stock, and logistic coordination.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer enquiries and operational coordination effectively.

• Able to multitask and work under pressure during peak operational periods.

• Basic supervisory and workforce coordination skills.

• Serve as the primary reception and assistance point for visitors, bereaved families, and funeral processions.

• Provide directions, information, and customer service support to visitors.

• Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall upkeep of the Main Temple premises.

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure temple facilities are well maintained.

• Assist in coordinating funeral processions, memorial services, and temple activities.

• Support crowd control and visitor management during major festival periods and religious events.

• Monitor temple supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.

• Prepare basic operational records and reports.

• Provide relief support to the NMP Retail Outlet when required.

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
