The General Manager is responsible for leading and driving the overall performance, strategic direction, and operational excellence of the precision machining or semiconductor equipment division across manufacturing plants in two countries. This role ensures the achievement of operational efficiency, quality excellence, cost competitiveness, and sustainable business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• At least 15 years of experience in precision machining or semiconductor equipment industry.
• At least 8–10 years in senior leadership roles in the similar industry.
• Proven experience managing multi-site manufacturing operations or regional plants.
• Strong background in CNC machining, precision engineering, aerospace, semiconductor, or industrial equipment manufacturing.

Pay: RM25,000.00 - RM35,000.00 per month
