Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related discipline.

5–10 years of experience in the semiconductor, ATE, or related high-tech industry.

Strong programming skills in one or more of the following: C, C++, C#, MATLAB

Hands-on experience with system integration, debugging, and technical problem-solving.

Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems and architecture.

Knowledge of:

High-speed interfaces (SerDes, MIPI, Scan-based Testing)

Multi-site or high-throughput test systems

System-level testing

Experience with mixed-signal measurement concepts, including:

ADC/DAC characterization

Parametric and dynamic measurements

Translate customer requirements and market needs into innovative product features and technical solutions.

Contribute to product roadmaps, technology exploration, and new feature development.

Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate new technologies to enhance product capabilities.

Design and develop Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems and semiconductor test solutions.

Develop scalable solutions for: Multi-site (high parallelism) testing, high-speed data interfaces, throughput optimization and cost-of-test improvements

Integrate proprietary technologies, third-party solutions, and emerging technologies into complete system designs.

Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex system-level issues.

Perform root cause analysis across both hardware and software.

Drive technical improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.

Lead system validation, integration, and performance benchmarking.

Ensure products meet quality standards and are ready for production deployment.

Collaborate closely with Applications, NPI, and customer teams.

Translate business and customer requirements into practical engineering solutions.

Support customer engagements and technical discussions when required.
