Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Engineer in a manufacturing environment.

Experience supporting both New Product Introduction (NPI)andmass production.

Hands-on experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE)andChroma testing systems.

Strong understanding of test engineering principles and electromechanical products.

Experience in test system setup, debugging, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with manufacturing quality systems and engineering best practices.

Training or knowledge in: FMEA, Quality Management Systems, 7S, ESD Control, ISO 9001, QC080000, ISO 14001, Safety Awareness

Develop, maintain, and optimize production testing processes and equipment.

Set up, troubleshoot, debug, and maintain Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test systems.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering builds, and production transfers.

Analyze test failures and identify root causes to improve product quality and yield.

Collaborate with Production, Quality, Process, and Product Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.

Ensure stable and efficient test operations to support mass production.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test performance, reliability, and productivity.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to testing processes and equipment.
