Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Valuable Skills as added advantage:
- server setup, management and operations
- windows server & linux operating system (AD/LDAP, DHCP, policy, etc)
- firewall & security devices setup, management and operations
- microsoft office 365 administration (setup, management, operations, active
directory, etx)
Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Tanggungjawab
(a) To provides 24/7 technical support to customers by remotely or onsite support
(b) Manages the implementation of projects closed by the field sales team
(c) Coordinates closely with internal sales, project managers and service resources by communicating project status and success metrics
(d) Monitors customer support for technical solutions implemented and alerts the field sales to potential customer satisfaction threats or competitor activity
(e) Creates documentations and technical knowledge transfer to customers
(f) Provides expert advice on technical proof-of-concepts evaluation
(g) Maintains knowledge of competitive products as well as complimentary solutions
(h) Work collaboratively with the field sales, project management, engineering and support teams
(i) Provides coaching and professional development to team members to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen and technical sales skills
(j) Develops and maintain relationships with prospects, customers, and partners
(k) Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems
(l) Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
(m) Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
(n) Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
(o) Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
(p) Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time
