Tanggungjawab
- Provide care by performing nursing procedures.
- Assess patient conditions with accuracy.
- Assist doctor/specialist with nursing procedure in multidisciplinary ward.
- Establish caring and therapeutic relationship with patients.
- Conduct through nursing assessment of patient's physical, psychosocial,culture and spiritual needs.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Diploma/ Degree in Nursing
- Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board
- Possess current Annual Practicing Certificate
- Able to work on 3 rotating shifts
