A leading and fast-growing MNC manufacturer is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive the business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B corporate clients through networking, and market research.
• Solution Selling: Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions.
• Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and technical cross-functional collaboration to quotation, negotiation, and closing.
• Account Retention: Build strong, multi-level relationships within client organizations to ensure repeat business and account growth.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and raw material market shifts to identify new product development opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within packaging manufacturing, industrial printing, or industrial supply.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing long sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software is highly preferred.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel for client visits.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
