Full Time Operations Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in HWH Empire Selangor - Maukerja

We're looking for someone who:

• Can multitask without having a system crash.

• Can talk to tenants, customers, contractors, suppliers, and management

• Knows that marketing is not just posting pretty pictures on Facebook.

• Understands that operations means solving problems before people start panicking.

• Can convince potential tenants that our food court is the place to be.

• Is organised enough to remember ten things at once and still remember where they put their keys.

• Is comfortable with Excel, WhatsApp, Canva, and occasionally detective work.

• Has a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a sense of humour.

Operations

• Ensure the food court runs smoothly and doesn't suddenly turn into a reality show.

• Conduct outlet inspections and ensure cleanliness, quality, and SOP compliance.

• Follow up on maintenance issues, tenant requests, complaints, and "urgent matters" that somehow appear every day.

• Coordinate with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and mall management.

• Solve problems before they become everyone's problem.
  

Marketing

• Think of creative promotions that make customers say, "Eh, let's eat here!"

• Plan campaigns, events, and festive activities.

• Create content ideas, promotional materials, and social media updates.

• Find ways to increase footfall, sales, and excitement.

• Turn ordinary days into reasons for customers to spend money.
  

Leasing

• Hunt for new tenants like a talent scout hunts for superstars.

• Introduce available stalls and explain why our food court is awesome.

• Follow up with enquiries without sounding like a telemarketer.

• Prepare leasing documents and maintain tenant records.

• Build strong relationships with tenants so they stay happy, profitable, and pay rent on time.
