Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats related to financial services.

Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, billing, and general financial information.

Resolve customer complaints and provide timely, effective solutions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

Follow compliance, data security, and company policies.
