Experience in Telecom or retail industries preferred

• Education required a minimum SPM or equivalent (Fresh graduate students encouraged)
• Tech-savvy, confident, customer-oriented, persuasive, and outgoing.
• Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Well-groomed with a neat, professional, and approachable appearance.
• Willing to work on the First and Last Weekend (Sat - Sun) of every month.

• Focusing in providing operational excellence to deliver and unmatched cusstomer experience in retail store
• Drive sales conversion in retail stores by engaging walk-in customers, explain product/service benefits & closing sales
• Handle all enquiries, complaints and disputes accurately, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manners
• Consistently doing the follow up and keep customers well informed
• Consistently comply to the standard policies, procedures, way of works and operational guidelines
• Provide consistent feedback and creative ideas to retail leader/retail specialist in order
