• Minimum SPM or above

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Able to communicate in Mandarin and basic English

• Cantonese speaking will be an added advantage

• Customer service or call centre experience is a plus

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and willing to learn

• Able to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Working Hours (Rotational Shift):

• Handle customer enquiries via calls, email, and live chat

• Assist customers with:

  • Order tracking & updates

  • Order modifications & cancellations

  • Booking changes and issue resolution

  • Product and package enquiries

• Provide accurate and timely support to customers

• Escalate unresolved cases when needed

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues

• Update customer information and maintain proper records

• Achieve service and productivity targets

• Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times
