Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering,

Manufacturing Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management System; experience in ISO 13485 is an added advantage.

Experience in handling customer complaints, quality investigations and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Familiar with quality tools such as 8D Report, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, SPC and 5 Why Analysis.

Experience in conducting internal audits and coordinating external/customer audits.

Knowledge of precision machining, CNC processes, engineering drawings, GD&T and dimensional inspection methods.

Familiar with quality measuring equipment such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge and CMM is an added advantage.

Good communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments. Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Maintain and ensure compliance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO requirements.

Handle customer complaints, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Prepare and submit quality reports, including 8D reports and customer complaint reports. Coordinate internal, external and customer audits and follow up on audit findings.

Monitor quality performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Review and maintain quality documents, SOPs, work instructions and records.

Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.

Conduct quality training and promote quality awareness among employees.

Support new product development, first article inspection (FAI) and customer quality requirements.
