Requirements

Qualification & Working Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management or any relevant discipline

  • At least 8 years in HR with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as a Human Capital Business Partner.

Responsibilities

  • Execute short-to-medium-term Human Capital plans (headcount & organizational development), and stay updated on divisional budgeting, tracking expenses, and reporting financial variances.

  • Prepare and analyze essential workforce data, including manpower statistics, recruitment needs, and workforce mobilization activities, to support operational tracking and decision-making.

  • Facilitate the implementation of Human Capital elements within business transformation initiatives and collaborate with BUs to monitor KPIs and drive operational improvements.

  • Provide localized advisory support to middle management on routine organizational structure, job evaluation, and role alignment.

  • Partner with BUs) to execute and administer compensation, benefits, and industrial relations policies, ensuring local equity and compliance.

  • Manage and execute the Career Pathing framework (EMD), facilitating development communication to ensure consistent skill alignment across technical and non-technical roles.

  • Serve as a change champion to actively institutionalize corporate values, and analyze employee sentiment data to prepare actionable engagement insights.

  • Ensure effective communication, operational adherence to governance frameworks, and compliance with all Human Capital policies and controls within the division.
