Kelayakan

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.

  • Experience in procurement is preferred.

  • Good negotiation and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented and organised.

  • Mandarin speaking is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Tanggungjawab

  • Assist Procurement Manager with purchasing activities.

  • Source suppliers and compare quotations.

  • Prepare Purchase Orders and maintain procurement records.

  • Follow up delivery schedules and supplier performance.

  • Coordinate with finance and operations.

  • Ensure timely procurement of materials.

  • Perform administrative support and ad hoc assignments.
