Kelayakan
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in handling a full set of accounts.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Proficient in accounting software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or equivalent accounting systems.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Willing work on-site. Office located near LRT Kerjaya station. (LRT Shah Alam Line)
Experience in the property, real estate agency, or commission-based industry is an advantage.
Tanggungjawab
Manage and maintain a full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documentation.
Ensure compliance with Malaysia's e-Invoicing requirements, including timely issuance and record maintenance.
Prepare and submit SST returns in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Administer agent-related accounting matters, including CP58 preparation, withholding tax compliance, and commission-related transactions.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements.
