Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in the F&B industry.

Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written).

Basic knowledge of sales reporting and account reconciliation.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.

Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house.

Supervise, lead, and manage front-of-house staff.

Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and basic account reconciliation.

Manage and process food delivery platform orders accurately.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and smooth workflow in the outlet.

Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure efficient store operations.
