Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 year of experience as a Pastry Baker or in a similar role.

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

• Passionate about baking with good attention to detail.

• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.

• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts.

• Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.

• Monitor ingredient stock and assist with inventory control.

• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality throughout the production process.

• Assist in developing new pastry items, seasonal products, and menu improvements.

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients (FIFO) to minimize waste.
