Proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). Basic English communication skills will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle service/repair industry is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong learning potential are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of responsibility and customer service orientation.
Detail-oriented, good with numbers, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work under pressure, collaborate effectively within a team, and coordinate with multiple service locations.
Working Hours:
Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Tanggungjawab
Welcome customers, provide professional consultation, answer enquiries, and maintain accurate customer records.
Coordinate communication between customers and the workshop, monitor repair progress, and ensure efficient service delivery.
Prepare repair quotations and clearly explain repair recommendations, costs, and estimated completion timelines to customers.
Support the procurement of spare parts, inspect received goods, and manage inventory registration.
Conduct regular inventory stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy and proper spare parts management.
Liaise with partner workshops to coordinate inter-branch repair services, synchronize information, and maintain strong business relationships.
