Human Resources
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and termination processes.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Administer payroll inputs, attendance records, leave management, overtime, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment contracts, and employee handbook provisions.
- Coordinate employee performance appraisal and training programs.
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries when required.
- Assist in manpower planning and workforce management.
- Prepare HR reports, statistics, and management information as required.
Compliance
- Ensure company compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor compliance with Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp, and other relevant legislation.
- Maintain and update company policies, procedures, and compliance records.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure proper maintenance of licenses, permits, certifications, and regulatory submissions.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring ISO, ESG, safety, quality, or other compliance management systems where applicable.
- Provide guidance to management and employees on compliance-related matters.
- Prepare compliance reports and documentation for management review.
Education / Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Compliance, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory regulations.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in Human Resources and/or Compliance functions.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant HR or Compliance experience will have an added advantage.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in handling audits, regulatory compliance, and policy implementation is preferred.
- Exposure to manufacturing, construction, logistics, or service industries will be an added advantage.
Skills / Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and other Malaysian labor regulations.
- Knowledge of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp, and payroll administration.
- Good understanding of compliance frameworks, policies, and audit requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, and compliance management systems.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
