About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and driven Team Leader - City Operations to champion both the growth (Demand) and logistics partner (Supply) networks in Malaysia. In this role, you will take full ownership of cluster performance by managing an on-ground field team.

Your mission is dual-focused: acquiring high-quality customers while maintaining a highly reliable, trained, and engaged fleet of driver-partners to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead the end-to-end hiring, comprehensive training, and daily motivation of a 10-person field team.

• Support and coach team members directly on the ground to carry out cluster activities effectively.

• Cultivate a highly collaborative, progressive, and supportive team working environment.

2. Demand Generation & Customer Growth

• Drive the team to achieve specific targets across lead generation, app downloads, and high-quality customer acquisition.

• Review customer issues and guide team members with tactical insights to overcome sales hurdles.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on customer complaints to eliminate operational bottlenecks and improve customer retention.

3. Supply Pipeline & Partner Management

• Build and sustain a healthy pipeline of supply partners to achieve strict order fulfillment targets across all categories.

• Ensure driver-partners are thoroughly trained by your team on corporate service standards.

• Actively manage supply retention initiatives, including direct calling campaigns, zonal supply validation, and partner engagement programs.

4. Process Excellence & Analytics

• Strategize, execute, and continuously refine local operational processes to improve city performance metrics.

• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, providing management with clear performance trends and actionable insights.
