Full Time Store Manager (F&B Restaurant Outlet) Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,500 in Agensi Pekerjaan Jobs Kreate Sdn Bhd Subang Jaya - Maukerja

1 to 3 years' experience as a Store or Outlet Manager, or Assistant Manager, in a mall-based fast-food or casual-dining outlet.

Strong execution; responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure, with good communication skills and a service mindset.

Familiarity with halal hygiene standards and delivery-order preparation flow is an advantage.

Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Malaysian citizen or PR; non-Malaysians must hold a valid EP or SP work permit.

Familiar with local employee culture and consumer habits.

Run daily outlet operations: staff rostering, attendance, hygiene, service standards, cashier reconciliation, inventory stocktake, supplies ordering and daily equipment checks.

Lead and coach the outlet team (about 2 all-rounder crew): motivate, manage discipline and communication, and reduce staff turnover.

Uphold front-of-house service standards, manage peak-hour operations, handle customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.

Manage local relationships: liaise with mall management, handle on-site emergencies, and support headquarters' campaigns and activities.

Provide all-round support during peak hours: order-taking, cashiering, packing and simple ingredient preparation.

Ensure JAKIM halal hygiene standards and delivery-order preparation flow are followed at all times.
