Requirements

• Looking for Technical Support Executive with general knowledge of IT. 

• Conduct onsite support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Provide technical training or demo for clients and internal team.

• Prepare service reports and documentation.

• Work closely with sales and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in technical support with some of the following systems: Automated systems, personal computer and network technologies & variety of software applications.

• Install, configure and maintain document scanners and AV equipment (projectors, video conferencing tools).

• Candidate must possess (either one) of Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.

• Excellent spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, and software.

• Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently and good discipline.

• Interpersonal, maintaining good relationships with customers, problem-solving skills.

• Can work in team & self discipline.

• Willing to travel local & overseas

• Willing to travel locally & possess own transport (Car).

• Able to join immediately.

• Full-time position ONLY.

• Handling customer technical support cases through onsite, phone & email submission.

• To provide technical support, resolve queries and train end users.

• To perform weekly & monthly maintenance for customers equipments.

• To troubleshoot, diagnose & repair hardware/software problems.

• Provide assistance to staff or customers.

• Monitoring hardware, software & system performance.
