Adaptability: Openness to undergo intensive product and system training (typically 2 weeks) to master campaign-specific knowledge.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain professional and empathetic in high-pressure environments.
Education: Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for contract positions

Omnichannel Support:Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions viavoice calls, emails, and live chat systems.
Inquiry Management: Address and resolve diverse customer concerns, ranging from transactional issues (e.g., order modifications, cancellations) to informational requests.
System Proficiency:Accurately record customer data and interaction logs using various CRM tools and in-house platforms such asZendesk, iTravel, and CCS.
Performance Excellence:Consistently meet or exceed campaign-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), includingAverage Handling Time (AHT), Answer Rate, and Quality Assurance (QA) scores.
Data Integrity: Strictly adhere to data security protocols to ensure the confidentiality of customer databases and sensitive project information
