Lead, manage, and drive successful project execution activities and deliverables using Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid methodology.

Lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members and vendor partners (if applicable) to execute project preparation and delivery activities.

Accountable for completing mandatory project documentation such as business case, project charter, project plan, test plan, lessons learned, etc.

Responsible for planning project scope, timeline, cost, and quality, and obtaining approval to commence execution.

Monitor and track project milestones, follow up on project meeting action items, and escalate risks that may impact timelines.

Measure and track project performance by analyzing achievement of short-term and long-term goals.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence and support decision-making.

Manage project conflicts, issues, risks, and expectations, ensuring timely escalation or resolution.

Track actual project schedule and cost against the plan and implement corrective or preventive actions to keep the project on track.

Manage project change requests through governance processes to safeguard approved project scope.

Develop communication plans to ensure stakeholders are consistently updated within expectations.

Provide periodic and timely project status updates.
