We are seeking a proactive Site Safety Supervisor to ensure compliance and maintain high safety standards for a prestigious data centre project in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This role is critical in promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring workplace safety across all project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and enforce workplace safety regulations on-site.

- Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, inspections, and audits.

- Ensure compliance with CIDB and project-specific safety requirements.

- Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and incident records.

- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and site teams to resolve safety issues.

- Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.

Requirements:

- Valid CIDB certification.

- Holder of Yellow Book (Safety Passport).

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Prior experience in construction or engineering projects preferred.

- Ability to work independently and ensure safety compliance.
