Full Time Business Development Executive – Cleaning Services Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in CLEAN FORCE ENTERPRISE Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to expand our client base for commercial cleaning services. The successful candidate will identify potential clients, arrange meetings, present our services, prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and secure new service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and approach potential clients, including offices, factories, commercial buildings, residential developments, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities.

* Generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, email marketing, and site visits.

* Schedule and attend client meetings.

* Present the company’s cleaning services professionally.

* Understand clients’ cleaning requirements and recommend suitable service packages.

* Conduct site visits and gather information for quotation preparation.

* Prepare or coordinate quotations and proposals.

* Follow up with prospective clients until contracts are secured.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

* Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, and sales activities.

* Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not compulsory).

* Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in B2B sales is an advantage.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Pleasant personality with confidence in meeting corporate clients.

* Self-motivated and target-oriented.

* Able to work independently.

* Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience in any of the following industries is an advantage:

* Cleaning services

* Facility management

* Property management

* Building maintenance

* Pest control

* Security services

* Industrial service

* A fixed incentive (e.g. RM300–RM1,000) for each new client signed, depending on the contract size.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
