Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent (preferred)

• No experience required (training provided)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Serve food and beverages according to standards

• Handle cashiering and process payments

• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations

• Ensure customer satisfaction and respond to inquiries or complaints

• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards

• Assist in opening and closing duties

• Restock supplies such as cutlery, napkins, and condiments

• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
