Qualification:

•        Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information System, Business IT, or related field

•        Experience as product consultant/ system analyst/solution architect/ sales at least 1 year. Previous experience in IT Porject is a value added.

•        Understand DMS and ECM Concept.

•        Have knowledge in database, IT infrastructure and/or software design tools

•        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirement-gathering abilities.

•        Quick to adapt to changes, able to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

•        Able to work effectively both independently and in a team

•        Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)

•        Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to learn enterprise software environment

Job Responsibilities:

•        Able to understand end to end user requirement and translate to the mock up/prototype/system design with the ELO Product and Solutions.

•        Provide consultancy on best practices for enterprise document management and digitalization.

•        Able to create system design diagrams, and project documentation such as Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Presentation, Solution Proposal and the others as required. 

•        Able to explain the system design/mock up/prototype to the development team and to present to the customer on various ready-made or proposed solutions of the software product.

•        Serve as the product expert throughout the entire customer onboarding cycle, including solution demonstrations, system configuration, testing support, user training, and ongoing customer assistance.

•        Will be involved in IT project(s) as a user trainer/system analyst
