Diploma or Degree student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally.

Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Willing to learn and assist in multitasking duties.

Good time management and able to meet deadlines.

Internship placement for a minimum of 3 months.

Candidates who can start immediately or in Mid June 2026 are preferred.

Assist in daily accounting operations such as data entry and document verification.

Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.

Support the preparation of monthly reports and expense summaries.

Maintain filing and documentation of finance-related records.

Liaise with suppliers and vendors on billing and payment matters.

Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

Help coordinate office supplies, stationery, and utilities.

Prepare simple letters, memos, and forms when required.

Assist in managing staff uniforms, lanyards, and staff benefit records.

Support event or activity coordination such as staff engagement programs.

Ensure all documents and records are properly organized and maintained.
