Secondary school or college education; a background in Hospitality, Tourism, Sports Science or Childcare is an advantage

Tour Expert: sales or tour-operator experience is a plus

Cruise Staff: entertainment experience (dance, performance or hosting) is a plus

Youth Staff: at least 1 year working with children or teens (ages 3-17); a childcare qualification is preferred

Sports Staff: at least 2 years as a sports or fitness instructor, or 1 year on another cruise line; a sports-instructor certification is an advantage

Prior hotel experience is not required - relevant entertainment, tours, sports or childcare experience is what matters

Fluent English and Mandarin, required for guest-facing activities

Confident public speaking and strong people skills

Willing to work and live onboard on a 6-month contract

Open to Malaysian and Singaporean applicants

Organise and lead onboard activities, tours, sports and youth programmes that keep guests engaged

Interact warmly with guests and encourage them to take part

Tour Expert: promote and sell shore excursions and assist guests on tours

Youth Staff: run safe and well-planned activities in the kids club and follow the safeguarding policies

Sports Staff: run sports activities and manage sports equipment and facilities safely

Assist with embarkation and disembarkation and provide guest information

Handle guest feedback and escalate to the relevant manager

Keep equipment, supplies and activity areas well maintained and stocked
