- Handle customer enquiry or problem by answering product and service questions by email, phone call, WhatsApp or any kind of communication medium that is approved by the company.
- Handle walk in customer.
- Handle customer document such as passport, passenger list and room list.
- Respond to WhatsApp for customer enquiry/problem during non-office hours as agreed in exchange for Staff Incentive.
- Becoming a Tour Leader is required.
- Accomplish any of your supervisor work orders that comply with the company's rules and regulations at all given times and should always act in a manner that protects the company's interest.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
