· At least 3 years of working experience in construction or related industries.
· Candidate must process Diploma in Business / Commerce study, Administration Management, Marketing, Construction Management or equivalent.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Works Excel, Word, Power Point).
· Pleasant personality, honest, responsible, hardworking.
· Write and speak Languages English, Bahasa Melayu, Cantonese are highly appreciated.
· Prefer candidates that can speak fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
· To call clients and make appointments for the Directors / Sales Team and promote new products.
· Performs sales supporting and administrative works, handling enquiries, quotation to customers, emails and planning for directors / sales team activities.
· To handle sales coordination, prepare claims, review and study land-related documents and agreements, coordinate land matters, and liaise closely with internal departments on all related matters.
· Maintain good working relationships with business associates and clients, manage correspondence, keep proper records, and coordinate meetings, appointments, flights, and travel arrangements.
· Follow up closely with clients on appointments, meetings, and project-related matters.
· Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
