• Build the strategies, understand the needs, custom the solution, negotiate the contract, win new clients and close the deal

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, collaborate cross-functionally to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions

• Contribute to the development of the sales pipeline and meet/exceed quarterly/annual targets

• Manage the sales pipelines, KPI data, provide regular reporting and meet the targets

• MUST TO HAVE:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in new business development, preferably in Manufacturing Industry

• Willingness to continuously learn the industrial knowledge and stay up-to-date to understand the customer needs

• Strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Possess own transport, and able to travel when required
