JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate daily product mixing operations to meet production schedules and output targets.
• Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all mixing activities are performed in accordance with approved formulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality requirements.
• Verify raw materials before commencement of mixing operations.
• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and company requirements.
• Ensure mixing tanks, equipment, and transfer hoses are properly cleaned and prepared before product changeovers.
• Review and approve the release of Work-in-Progress (WIP) products to designated storage tanks and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct routine inspections of mixing equipment and coordinate maintenance activities when required.
• Investigate production issues, deviations, and non-conformances, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, train, coach, and supervise subordinates to ensure productivity, competency, and compliance with company procedures.

REQUIREMENT:

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in product mixing, batch processing, chemical manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work on shifts and overtime when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
