• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM Marketing, Product Marketing, or User Acquisition.

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, mobile apps, SaaS, fintech, or tech companies is a plus

• Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) — essential

• Proficient in Canva

• Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new ideas and solving business challenges.

• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and chat conversations simultaneously

• Data-aware — able to track, interpret, and report on campaign metrics

• Proactive, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Campaign

• Plan and run campaigns to drive social media engagement, chat engagement, and website actions

• Come up with fresh campaign ideas and execute them across different formats

• Manage and respond to chat messages from jobseekers

• Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different marketing approaches to improve campaign effectiveness

• Coordinate campaign execution across multiple digital channels, including social media, email, website, and mobile platforms

• Prepare reports and share actionable recommendations to improve marketing performance

Social Media

• Research and create educational content related to labour law, career tips, and other related to jobseeker topics

• Create and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Thread and Xiaohongshu

• Write engaging captions in Mandarin and English

• Design simple graphics using Canva

• Engage community through comments and shares
