Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. You will play a vital role in supporting the HR department and contributing to the overall success of the company by ensuring an efficient and smooth HR operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring of employees. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing any concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Assist in managing performance appraisals, setting objectives, and tracking progress. Support the development of performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Training & Development: Coordinate and support employee training programs, professional development initiatives, and ensure employees have access to growth opportunities.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist in the management of payroll, employee benefits, and other compensation-related matters. Ensure employees are informed of benefits and compensation structures.
- Compliance & HR Policies: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date with labor laws and industry best practices. Assist with audits and compliance reporting.
- HR Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, generate reports, and provide data for HR analytics and strategic decision-making.
- Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- General HR Administration: Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations and handle HR-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role in a fast-paced environment (eCommerce, retail, or corporate experience is a plus).
3. In-depth knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
4.Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and HR databases.
5.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
