Kelayakan

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and handle a high volume of customer inquiries

  • Willing to support during campaign periods , peak sales days or urgent operational situations

  • Able to work independently and follow up on issues until resolution

  • Comfortable handling customer complaints, disputes and repetitive service task

  • Must maintain professionalism and good service etiquette at all times

Tanggungjawab

Customer Inquiry Handling

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Shopee,TikTok Shop, Website, Whatsapp, Social Media, email or other communication channels in timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, delivery status, promotions, and company policies.

  • Assist customer with general inquiries, product recommendations and purchase-related concerns.

Order & After Sales Support

  • Handle order-related issues such as missing items, wrong items, parcel delay, damaged items, refund or exchange request and delivery concerns.

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as warehouse, packing and operations to resolve customer issues effectively.

  • Follow up on unresolved cases and ensure customers are updated accordingly.

Complaint Resolution

  • Manage customer complaints professionally and escalate complex or serious cases to the relevan person in charge when necessary.

  • Ensure all complain disputes and service issues are handled in accordance with company SOP and service standarts.

  • Maintain a calm, professional and solution oriented approach when dealing with customer dissatisfaction.

Platform & Communication Management

  • Monitor and manage incoming chats, message,comment and inquiries across relevan sales platforms and communication channel.

  • Ensure response time and service quality are maintained to company expectation and platform performance requirements.
