• Possesses a recognized Degree in EngineeringFive (5) years’ working experience as Planning Engineer / Project Scheduler in Oil & Gas industryProject Scheduling

• Prepare and update project schedules (daily, weekly, monthly)

• Break down project scope into WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)

• Identify activities, sequence, durations, and dependencies

• Use scheduling software like Primavera P6Progress Tracking & Monitoring

• Monitor actual progress vs. baseline schedule

• Update schedule with actual progress (percentage complete, delays)

• Highlight slippages, critical path changes, and resource issuesResource & Manpower Planning

• Develop resource-loaded schedules

• Track manpower productivity and utilizationReporting & Communication

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for HOD/Client

• Generate S-curves, bar charts, and histograms

• Attend progress review meetings and present schedule updatesBaseline & Lookahead Plans

• Develop and submit the baseline schedule for Client approval

• Prepare 2-week or 4-week lookahead schedules for site executionDelay & Risk Analysis

• Analyze and report reasons for delays

• Support the preparation of EOT (Extension of Time) claims

• Coordinate with the risk management team to update risk registersCoordination with Teams

• Work closely with site engineers, project managers, procurement, and subcontractors

• Ensure alignment between the actual site progress and project scheduleDocumentation

1. Project Scheduling
