Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts and conducting new hire orientation.
• Monitor and maintain employee attendance, leave records, medical claims, and other HR documentation.
• Manage office administration, including inventory control, procurement of office supplies, and maintenance of office equipment.
• Handle general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems.
• Administer matters related to foreign workers, including medical examinations, hostel accommodation, permit-related documentation, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and issue warning letters, disciplinary notices, and other employee-related documentation in accordance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Ensure HR records are accurate, confidential, and up to date.
• Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum 1 years of HR experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
