1. B2B & Industrial Ingredient Sales (Paste, Pati, Dried)

  • Industrial Raw Material Contracts: Secure high-volume supply contracts for Roselle Paste and Dried Calyces with major Malaysian food manufacturers, confectionery brands, and herbal tea packers.
  • HORECA & Foodservice Expansion: Pitch Roselle Pati (Concentrate) to national restaurant chains, hotel groups, and central kitchens for menu integration and beverage applications.
  • Technical Procurement Collaboration: Partner with client R&D and quality assurance departments to ensure products meet technical specifications, moisture limits, and compliance standards.

2. B2C & Retail Channel Management (Juice & Consumer Packs)

  • Modern Trade Listings: Manage listings, trading terms, and category shelf placement with major supermarket and hypermarket chains (e.g., Lotus's, AEON, Jaya Grocer, Village Grocer).
  • National Distributor Management: Appoint, manage, and audit regional sub-distributors to ensure deep product penetration into General Trade (mini-markets, sundry shops) across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
  • Trade Marketing & Festive Activations: Design and execute nationwide in-store sampling and seasonal marketing campaigns, particularly maximizing sales during peak Malaysian festive periods (e.g., Ramadan, Hari Raya).

3. Team Leadership & Operations (HQ Seremban)

  • National Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute annual nationwide sales budgets, volume forecasts, and pricing strategies from the Seremban HQ.
  • Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and track the performance of a remote nationwide team of sales executives and field merchandisers.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the Seremban production facility and logistics teams to manage stock allocation, ensuring efficient cold-chain and dry stock delivery nationwide.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales processes and product materials comply with Malaysian food regulations and standards, including JAKIM Halal, MeSTI, and HACCP.

Tanggungjawab

Based at our Headquarters in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, the National Sales Manager will lead and execute our commercial growth strategy across the entire Malaysia. This dual-focus role requires a results-driven leader to secure high-volume industrial contracts for Roselle Paste, Pati (Concentrate), and Dried Calyces with food manufacturers nationwide, while simultaneously managing distributors to expand our consumer-ready Roselle Juice retail footprint across Modern Trade, General Trade, and Foodservice networks.
