Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly payroll process accurately and on time.
• Handle statutory submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp, and other related compliance matters.
• Administer employee disciplinary matters, including preparing warning letters, show cause letters, domestic inquiries, and maintaining disciplinary records.
• Manage foreign workers' accommodation, including hostel administration, occupancy records, inspections, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and other relevant labour laws.
• Support employee onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and other HR operational activities.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR records.
• Liaise with government authorities and external agencies on HR-related matters.
• Assist with other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory submissions.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations.
• Experience handling employee disciplinary matters is an added advantage.
• Experience managing foreign workers and hostel administration is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized, able to maintain confidentiality, and capable of working independently.

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
