Job Requirements:

1. At least 5 to 10 years of work experience，Over 3 years of work experience in the same industry.

2. Have some understanding of the pricing structure for civil engineering and installation-related services.

3. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field related to water treatment.

Read and become familiar with the requirements of the tender documents, technical specifications, project scope, and other relevant documents. Organize and raise any questions, and clarify them with the owner.

2. Based on the requirements of the tender technical documents, outline the production process and draw relevant bidding drawings, which mainly include process flow diagrams, material balance diagrams, PID diagrams, and floor plans.

3. Based on the bidding technical specification directory, prepare relevant documents, which mainly include the formulation of process plans, the formulation of energy-saving optimization plans, the calculation of operating costs, and the preparation of process calculation documents.

4. Prepare a list of costs for equipment, instruments, pipes, valves, etc. Conduct inquiries about various items and communicate with suppliers to address any questions.

5. After receiving feedback on the suppliers’ quotes, we evaluate and review the prices and the ranges of quotes from each supplier. We then use the most competitive prices to determine the cost structure.
