Kelayakan

  • At least 1 year of practical experience in export operations or trade administration
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia for business purposes
  • Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Tanggungjawab

Domestic Sales

  • Follow up with existing clients and strengthen business relationships
  • Develop new customers
  • Sales activities targeting retail, wholesale, and corporate clients
  • Sales management and development of sales strategies
  • Planning and execution of in-store promotions and sales promotion activities
  • Market and competitor research and information gathering
Export Operations
  • Communication with overseas clients (mainly ASEAN region)
  • Preparation and handling of export-related documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, phytosanitary certificate, etc.)
  • Coordination with freight forwarders for shipment arrangements
  • Customs clearance arrangement and management
  • Export schedule management and handling of shipment-related issues
