Job Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, E-commerce, Social Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields would be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in affiliate marketing and e-commerce are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate Program, and social media platforms is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data-tracking skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and e-commerce operations is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role may require communication with Mandarin-speaking affiliates, creators, suppliers, and business partners.

Job Summary

Glampick Sdn Bhd is seeking a passionate and results-driven Affiliate Marketing professional to support and grow our affiliate network across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Threads, Instagram, and other social media platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for affiliate recruitment, relationship management, campaign execution, performance monitoring, reporting, and collaborating with internal teams to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for affiliate recruitment and outreach across TikTok, Shopee, Threads, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Identify, engage, and onboard potential affiliates, creators, influencers, KOLs, and KOCs to expand the affiliate network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
• Coordinate and support affiliate marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Follow up with affiliates and creators to ensure campaign deliverables are completed within the required timeline.
• Monitor affiliate content to ensure compliance with campaign requirements and brand guidelines.
• Track affiliate posting schedules, campaign performance, and sales results.
• Maintain and update affiliate databases, tracking sheets, and reporting records.
• Prepare affiliate performance reports, analytics, and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in product seeding activities and distribution of promotional materials.
• Support daily affiliate operations and resolve affiliate-related inquiries.
• Conduct market research on competitors’ affiliate activities, industry trends, and social commerce developments.
• Work closely with the Marketing, E-commerce, Content, and Operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve affiliate marketing performance and operational efficiency.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
