Location: Ipoh, Perak
Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,500 (Based on Experience)

Are you passionate about property sales and achieving targets? We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Sales Manager to join our growing construction and property development company.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage property sales projects.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and sales leads.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve escalated issues professionally.
• Prepare sales reports and perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian, aged 25–45 years old.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a proven sales track record.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel outstation and stay overnight when required.
• Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
