What You'll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily production operations while leading a high-performing team to achieve productivity, quality, and safety goals.

Your responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure output targets are achieved according to quality and productivity standards.
• Maintain workplace 5S, safety compliance, and employee discipline.
• Ensure product quality through daily quality control and verification of production output.
• Manage work order closing and prepare accurate production reports.
• Develop multi-skilled operators and line leaders through coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Conduct monthly and annual physical inventory activities.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate production employees to enhance performance, productivity, and teamwork.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
• Lead the production team in achieving departmental KPIs and continuous improvement objectives.
• Identify production bottlenecks, investigate high rejection rates, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Monitor production downtime, machine efficiency, and overall process performance.
• Ensure manpower, raw materials, and production equipment are available, properly allocated, and maintained in good working condition.
• Manage employee attendance, overtime, shift scheduling, and manpower planning.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

What We're Looking ForEducation

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in production planning, people management, and daily manufacturing operations is an advantage.
