• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics / Chemical process Engineering / Chemistry / Physics

• With 2-3 years production experience, preferrable with PLC and Kaizen Knowledge

• Possess good ownership and accountability

What a Manufacturing Technical Specialist does:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled equipment maintenance based on Reliability Centered Maintenance approach.

• Lead equipment reliability programs to improve equipment up-time.

• Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals for troubleshooting or parts replacement.

• Perform troubleshooting on the control system, from sensors all the way to the PLCs.

• Coordinate repair works with OEM technical support per safety and quality protocols.

• Optimize spares inventory balancing between availability and holding cost.

• Implement Kaizen projects to improve productivity/Smart Manufacturing, quality, safety and reduce cost.

• Effectively communicate equipment reliability issues, root cause analysis and corrective or preventive actions.

• Characterize process output parameters with respect to equipment performance.
