Mandarin proficiency is compulsory (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with licensing partners, prospects, and stakeholders.

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in digital marketing, campaign planning, or social media marketing is an added advantage.

Willing to travel for branch visits, inspections, meetings, and business development activities.

Independent, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and support GMA branches to ensure smooth daily operations and conduct regular Quality Control (QC) inspections.

Organize and conduct monthly Zoom meetings with licensing partners to review business performance, provide updates, and discuss improvement plans.

Handle inquiries from prospective business partner interested in opening new GMA branches and guide them through the onboarding process.

Plan, coordinate, and execute the company's annual marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Liaise with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and media partners for program reviews, promotional content, and video shoots.

Prepare monthly business performance reports and presentations for management review.

Work closely with internal teams to achieve business growth and operational excellence.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.
